CHRISTMAS TREE: COMPLETED

I have completed the whole body of my Christmas tree today. I'm thinking about decorating the tree with small Xmas ornaments and ribbons after this. And then up to my Etsy store!

CHRISTMAS TREE: MAKING PROGRESS 2

I made the pieces for the trunk of the my Christmas tree project today. I used a fabric of tree trunk texture for this.

I hand-quilted them as always.

The last phase of the project will be sewing the trunk pieces together and then to the tree's upper part.

CHRISTMAS TREE: MAKING PROGRESS

I have made quite a progress in my Xmas tree quilt project yesterday, thanks to my husband invading our home computer all day! :)
I have completed all the individual pieces that will form the upper part of the tree. I'm sewing them together right now. As for the trunk of the tree, I intend to cut the pieces for this tomorrow.
一日中、ファミリーパサコンを独占してしまった主人のおかげで、昨日、クリスマスツリーキルトプロジェクトにはかなりの進歩ができました。
ツリーの上部を作るすべてのピースを完成しました。今はそれを繋いでいます。ツリーの幹ですが、それのピースを明日切るつもりです。

Can you make out the glittering ornaments on the tree? :) The white part on the upper part is the Christmas snow!

A NEW PROJECT: CHRISTMAS TREE!

I have started a new project: A Christmas Tree! It consists of several hexagonal hand quilted pieces that are made out of Christmas themed fabrics. The pattern is from a Japanese patchwork magazine as always.
How is it going to be a Xmas tree?! Are you curious? :) You have to wait a little longer for the picture!
